Clovis County Seal Installed on a Water Tower

Mark Saleh with W. B. Saleh installed the 8 foot Old Town Clovis Seal in 2019 using our 2 mil high tack vinyl stencil and paint on the painted surface of the town's water tower. Because of the vertical and curved surface we had to panel this out in 4ft squares for easier installation.
